Visiting Hours:

For the LHU-I inmate group, the visits at SPRITE Program are on Fridays and Sundays between 5 pm- 5 pm. Saturdays and Sundays are ordinary visiting days between 12pm and 4 pm. Saturday visits include children; however, it’s strictly for adults on Sunday.

However, based on the SPRITE Program’s visitation rules, only five or fewer visitors can meet an inmate at a time. Similarly, they can only bring not more than $26split in small bills for the inmates in their visits. Usually, the money is for use in the selling machines.

Other rules at SPRITE Program that apply cut across most prison facilities. These include:

  1. Approved to be in SPRITE Program visitors’ list

All visitors in SPRITE Program must therefore book an appointment before the day of the visit. The qualifications considered for approval relate to; closeness to the inmate, relationship, and clean background checks. 

  1. Proper dressing code – no scanty dresses or suggestive ones; otherwise, no entry. The SPRITE Program only welcomes decently dressed people. One should appear professional in their dress code.
  2. Escaping contraband items at SPRITE Program

There are a lot of prisons that consider contrabands. The very common of these are drugs, sharp objects, cameras, ropes, pipes, etc. It is only to confirm the specific items before coming to visit SPRITE Program.
